摘要:
爲研究開發反刍家畜降甲烷、促生長調節劑,采用體外産氣法初步研究不同植物提取物、本試驗構建的1株工程菌(1株表達α-澱粉酵母酶的酵母菌)及其不同組合對湖羊瘤胃發酵過程的影響。體外發酵試驗表明,博落回提取物既有良好的降甲烷效果,又基本不影響微生物蛋白(membrane cofactor protein,簡稱MCP)産生:發酵12、24 h,對照組的甲烷産量分別爲7.62%、11.74%,而博落回處理組分別爲4.92%、6.14%;發酵36 h的微生物蛋白含量對照組爲410 mg/L,而博落回處理組爲408 mg/L;添加一定水平的工程菌在基本不影響MCP産生的前提下具有一定的降甲烷效果(降低甲烷産量12.9%);博落回提取物與大蒜油和工程菌組合處理組與對照組相比,能抑制35.4%的甲烷産生,而其微生物蛋白産量還略高于正對照組,博落回提取物與肉桂油和工程菌組合處理組與對照組相比,抑制20.2%的甲烷産生,微生物蛋白産量則基本與對照持平。進一步的動物試驗表明,博落回提取物與大蒜油按一定比例組合加以一定量的活化工程菌,能降低甲烷生成促進湖羊生長。
