                      摘要:
                      以田間多年生砀山酥梨果實及其誘導的愈傷組織爲試驗材料,通過施用不同濃度CaCl2(0、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%),探究抑制石細胞形成的適宜鈣濃度。結果表明,一定濃度的鈣離子能夠降低肉桂醇脫氫酶的活性,抑制木質素的合成,降低石細胞含量,且以0.50% CaCl2效果最佳。不同種類及配比的激素對愈傷組織的誘導及繼代培養效果不同,篩選出MS+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA爲最適的砀山酥梨果實誘導培養基,MS+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L KT爲最適的繼代培養基。與田間材料和愈傷組織爲研究對象的試驗結果顯示一致,由此推測外界因素對鈣調控木質素合成的影響較小,適宜濃度的CaCl2能夠顯著降低田間梨果實中的石細胞含量,提高食用品質。
