摘要:
浙江省泰順縣周年雨水較多,部分猕猴桃園區由于栽培管理方式不當造成病害嚴重流行。中國科學院武漢植物園聯合泰順縣林業局分別于2016年8月、10月,2017年4月對泰順縣7個鄉鎮共19個代表性栽培果園進行了猕猴桃周年病害調查。通過采集大量典型病害樣本,結合生物學特征、分子鑒定及致病性驗證試驗進行分析。結果表明,泰順縣猕猴桃夏季和秋冬季主要病害爲細菌性潰瘍病和真菌性軟腐病、黑斑病、灰斑病和炭疽病;春季潰瘍病發生率顯著升高,但真菌病害輕微很多。調查結果可爲泰順縣後期猕猴桃病害的預測及綜合防治提供理論依據。
